So what we need is not simply an expert who knows the market, the marketing tools and offers advice and suggestions so that from the sale we can get the maximum market price. We need a person who cares about the relationship with us before the relationship with our house, because along the way we will have to make decisions based on his word and we want that word to be trusted. In a complex world in which it is easy to lose direction because of an overabundance of contradictory information, the best definition of "luxury" is precisely in that mix of competence, care and dedication to our interests that we want all those elected to the role of our advisors to have.
