For the second year in a row, the panel of judges from the English magazine CFI.co - Capital Finance International has honored us with the title of Best Exclusive Residential Property Consultancy Italy.

Ensuring the happiness of people inside and outside our company is a constitutive fact of our existence for us. So that it does not remain just a statement of intent, we spend time and resources to measure the satisfaction of all our stakeholders every year. In 2023, we launched a partnership with ChooseMyCompany, a BCorp company that specializes in analyzing people satisfaction as well as the social and environmental impact of corporate activities.
The result of this collaboration was the achievement of a double certification Happyatwork® and WeImpact®. In the latter category we were second in Italy among companies with fewer than 50 employees and were awarded in a beautiful evening sponsored by IlSole24ore.
We are a company that cares. Of self, of others and of the Common Good, which we believe is the ultimate goal of every fully human action. That is why we are a benefit corporation and a certified BCorp. We believe that our duty is to put more into society than we take from it.
