Mine is a truly unique location: just a few steps from Sant'Ambrogio and the Catholic University. Inside my courtyard, authentic old Milan, Italy's oldest confectionery has opened its charming new tea room: "a refuge where you can rediscover the slow passage of time."

They are a lovely one-bedroom apartment completely renovated to new, quiet and bright, with very functional spaces that will be delivered furnished: open kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom with laundry.
