Seen from the outside, we look like just refined real estate experts, but the deep meaning of our work is to cherish and cultivate long-term personal relationships. We are a company that cares about self, others and the Common Good, which we believe is the ultimate goal of every fully human action. As a benefit corporation and certified BCorp we want to be a generative, not an extractive, company. We believe that our duty is to put into society more than we take from it. So we want to produce profits, but we want to use them to propose and popularize a business model that pursues people's well-being and happiness.
Benefit Society
The Benefit Society is a legal form of business introduced into the Italian legal system in 2015 (the first national state to do so) that represents an evolution of the very concept of a company. While traditional companies exist with the sole purpose of distributing dividends to shareholders, Benefit Societies integrate into their corporate purpose the purpose of having a positive impact on society and the Earth. Thus, they are neither "Social Enterprises" nor an evolution of the nonprofit, but a positive transformation of the for-profit business model, embodying the transition to "stakeholder capitalism."
BCorp® certified
BCorp® is a global movement that to date has more than 7,000 companies operating in 161 sectors and from 91 countries (data July 2023). BCorp®s are companies that have chosen to use their business as a positive force for change in society and that, looking beyond profit, have reprioritized their actions by putting people's well-being, social cohesion and the regeneration of natural systems at the center. Instead of "the best in the world," BCorp®s have the ambition to be "the best for the world."
Ets Change Mind Association
On October 30, 2019, we established the Cambia Mente Ets Association. The Association is non-profit and is the instrument through which Tirelli & Partners operationally pursues the goals of common benefit and positive impact on the environment, society and community stated in its corporate purpose.
